General provisions

This site is owned by Alvisteh SRL. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter – Terms and Conditions) set out below.

Using the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Alvisteh SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. Relations between the customer and the seller are established under Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Rights Protection and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor the changes.

Personal data protection

By using www.tehnomag.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data required for processing/confirming/fulfilling orders.

Personal data are processed only for legitimate purposes, such as supplying the products you order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.

All information containing personal data is stored and used only for as long as needed to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of information on the site. Data transmission over the internet or wireless networks cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided by the Buyer; the Buyer does so at their own risk.

Order registration and payment

Orders on the site can be paid by payment card — upon receipt of the order you will receive a fiscal receipt confirming payment.

Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using a payment card that allows online transactions. After payment you will receive a confirmation to your email address.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest 3D-Secure standard, meaning buyer authentication for secure online transactions. This measure redirects the user at payment time to a secure MAIB page, where each cardholder is authenticated with a one-time code for every online transaction.

Refunds are made only to the payment card used for the purchase.

To make a payment, you must enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information follows all required security measures. Information is transmitted encrypted and stored only on a specialized payment-system server.

The following data will be requested for payment:

• Card number (16 digits)
• Expiry date (month and year)
• CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
• First and last name on the payment card

If the card currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), the issuing bank’s conditions apply when converting the amount charged from the card account.

Delivery of products / goods / services

After the order is registered, the buyer receives information about the expected date when the order will be handed over to couriers / the delivery service.

Delivery within Chișinău municipality is made within 24 hours after our operators confirm the order. Delivery runs from 10:00 to 22:00 and is free for orders of at least 1000 MDL; for lower-value orders a 50 MDL delivery fee applies (included in the total order amount).

Delivery across the Republic of Moldova is made within 96 hours after our operators confirm the order. Delivery runs from 10:00 to 20:00 and is free for orders of at least 15000 MDL; for lower-value orders a 500 MDL delivery fee applies (included in the total order amount).

No deliveries are made on Sundays or national holidays.

Delivery times may be extended in isolated situations (for example: unfavorable weather, public holiday periods, unforeseen technical issues, etc.). We will notify you in advance if we encounter one of these situations.

You may choose any delivery address — home, office, or another address — with no extra charges. We accept one delivery address per order. If you need delivery to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Upon receiving the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the fiscal receipt in the courier’s presence. Any later claim regarding these aspects will not be accepted.

Right of return

Under Law No. 105-XV of 13 March 2013 on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return a purchased product/goods for certain reasons within 14 days from the payment date. Funds are returned to the card used for the purchase.

Furniture and technically complex household goods with warranty periods (electrical machines and devices, radio-electronic equipment, household computing and copying equipment, photographic and filming equipment, fixed and mobile telephone and fax equipment, electric musical instruments, household gas equipment and devices) cannot be exchanged or returned, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003), as amended by Government Decision No. 1188 of 02.11.2007 (МО175/09.11.2007).

Return conditions:

• The Buyer is not a legal entity
• There is a cash receipt or other document proving the purchase
• The product has not been used and its original appearance has been preserved
• The product comes with complete, undamaged original packaging
• The full set of goods has been kept: accessories, consumables, accompanying documentation and software, and their packaging is undamaged
• The product has not been activated

Privacy policy

In accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection, the service provider processes personal data. Data are processed in good faith, under and in accordance with legal provisions, by mixed means (automated and manual), respecting legal requirements and under conditions that ensure security, confidentiality, and the rights of data subjects.

The provider collects and processes only personal data supplied by consumers when placing an order: first name, last name, phone number, address, postal address.

Personal data are used exclusively for site administration, to allow access to special information, to deliver orders, or to contact the consumer for delivery. By this notice, users and consumers acknowledge that their personal data (first name, last name, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The provider processes data of users and consumers provided through browsing, using, and registering on www.tehnomag.md.

Any information provided by users and consumers of www.tehnomag.md will be considered and will constitute express consent for the Provider to use the personal data.

The Provider will not disclose any held data to a third party without the data subjects’ consent, and will not sell, exchange, or disclose such data to others, except as provided by applicable law (upon request by public state institutions, law enforcement bodies, courts, also authorized to process personal data).

Personal data may also be processed and used by the Provider for statistical and subsequent promotional purposes.

The Provider meets personal data security requirements and protects consumer data from loss, destruction, distortion/falsification, or disclosure to third parties.

The Provider’s employees must respect the confidentiality of consumers’ personal data. Personal data processing will be carried out by the Provider’s authorized person.

The Provider uses security methods and technologies in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

The Provider does not collect transaction information such as card number, expiry date, or country of origin.
